Anne's wedding - rehearsal dinner

In case this wasn't clear in the last post, we headed to Erie to celebrate my sister's wedding. Already knowing how much the Schloss' love to party, my sister's fiance's family loves a good party too. She's also the youngest, and last to get married, of the cousins so it really brought the whole clan to town.

My parents have also been staying at a friend's condo while their house is under construction and they are kindly letting us displace them while we're in town.

Tonight was the rehearsal dinner. Really so much fun to see my family all together.

Connor took everything in stride too. As long as someone was willing to take him outside to see the water and boats, he was happy.

David's not in the wedding and is charged with keeping Connor out of trouble - a mighty task. So tonight was his night to party.

Looks like he's totally into the moment doesn't he?

[editor's note]

I just found this picture and wanted to make sure this was added to the archives. What are are seeing is Connor swiping green beans from Nana's plate when she's not looking. Not chocolate, not candy, not booze - green beans. Sometimes I have trouble believing that this kid is mine.
