Sandman in the House!

David got another surprise birthday present. One of his (our) favorite troubadours, Chris Sand (better known as Sandman the Rapping Cowboy) was in town for the night and put on an impromptu house concert.
The evening started with our friend John and his band, Hungry Mungry, having a jam session while Chris met his public and plugged his albums.

Then he came on and did his one man show. Imagine 3 hours of a rap, folk, question and answer session and that's pretty close.

The only thing the pictures can't do justice to are the presence of the Casio Rapman that accompanied the poems and raps. At last check, our faces were still sore from the laughing.
