Kabloooey!

So, I exaggerate slightly. We took the opportunity of another sunny day here in Albuquerque to visit the volcanoes - or what's left of them. This area was a veritable hub of seismic activity 130,000 years ago or so and this is what's left.

We went with Amy and Boh, who is still in training and spent a great deal of time working on his "heeling".

While it wasn't the clearest day, we had great views of the Rio Grande Valley as well as Sandias and Manzanos, and snow-covered Mt. Taylor.

The highlight of the trip was Boh's familiarity with David. Formerly afraid of most men, especially tall ones with facial hair, they both enjoyed a catnap on the way home in the backseat together.
