Another Rugby Weekend

Saturday the local women's rugby club, the Atomic Sisters, sponsored a teaching clinic for women ruggers only. Ali and David lent their hand to the project and it was a great success! About 30 women of all ages showed up, and half of them were high school students from around the area.

All the basics were covered from passing,

tackling

scrumming

and, of course, rucking. Can you spot your fearless heroes?

The day ended with a friendly game of touch rugby. As far as we can tell a good time was had by all. I know we had a great time and I think this was a great effort for women's rugby.
