Coolest Quilt Ever!

My mom is the best!  She had overheard us complaining at one point that we had a whole trunk of rugby jerseys and other apparel from back in the day that we never really wore, but really couldn't stand to part with as this was (and is) a really important part of our life.  So she asked for the trunk and spent the last month cutting apart old jerseys, piecing them back together, embroidering details, and assembling everything into a large wonderful quilt for the family.  As you can see below, it has numbers from the backs of the jerseys, and the logos from the front of them all beautifully a stitched together.  It has a few details about our playing past (teams and clubs we played with, various honors and titles), and even Connor made an appearance on one square. A wonderful family heirloom that I hope to get a lot of use out of.  Already, Connor has made plans for us to take a picnic on it, so that is something we may do tomorrow.  Thanks Mom!

Most kick-ass quilt ever seen.
