Cue up "Danger Zone" by Kenny Loggins! Today we watched the ABQ airshow. We don't live far from the air force base, so instead of braving the crowds, we just biked to a local park and watched the show. Our good friends and neighbors joined us for the afternoon. The highlight of the show and our main objective was to watch the Thunderbirds.

From our vantage point we had these jets fly right over us several times and they were flying low! It was pretty incredible. Maybe its a guy thing - but Connor and I were super excited to watch the show. Above and below are photos from the afternoon. I included some pictures with power lines just to get a sense of scale.
