How to avoid another car payment

So now that Ali has started her rotations, she has been heading to work to start her day at the hospital at 7 am. This is a little early for us to drop the boy off at daycare, so I have been spending my mornings with him, getting him fed and dress (sounds easy you say? Ha!) and then off to daycare around 8:30. Since Ali takes the car, that only leaves one method of conveyance - my trusty bike.

An old photo, but the concept is the same

It's only a 1.5 mile ride over there, and Connor has a pretty good time. We go out in the garage and while I get the Chariot all setup, Connor goes and plucks the bike pump off my bike so that he can play with it on the ride over. He likes looking around and babbles the whole way over sometimes bursting into laughter (who knows why). His favorite day is Wednesday because we always see a few garbage trucks which are the best things ever. Simple things.

I drop him off, then head home drop off the trailer, then bike into work. So this is working pretty well, and we will see how long we can keep it going (probably until the mornings get really cold in late November).
