The New Paradigm

Weekends used to be much different. We used to pack in so much activity - whether it be working outside, or home improvements, or camping, or biking, etc. Now it seems our ambition for the weekends tends to be a little altered.

Left: so bored, right, deliciousness!

Sticking to the nap regime, eating all the cereal, having fun rolling around on the floor and climbing up on the chairs. These are our new goals of the new paradigm. Highlights of the weekends now include going to the farmers market on Saturday mornings. Its fun to people watch, hang out on the grass listening to music, pick up some fresh produce, eat some yummy chocolate almond croissants. (But we learned both from personal experience and from the advice of friends, don't drink the coffee though. It's very bad - point Portland for those keeping track).

So the new lazy weekends are pretty fun. Hang out with the boy, get some errands done, maybe get the house cleaned or a few meals made. Overall pretty good.
