Merry Christmas!

Everyone arrived safely to Salt Lake: us from Albuquerque, Ian and Meg from Portland and Meg's dad, Frank, from Oakland.

We spent Christmas morning opening presents, drinking coffee and gorging ourselves on Nancy's Christmas bread.

When we left the house later, everyone else took some much needed relaxation

The weather here is crisp and perfect for skiing, thanks to a storm that moved through last night. What better way to celebrate Christmas than on the slopes? Conditions were great and we spent a great few hours together. New friends were made: Frank and a porcupine and Ian and the snow.

Back to the house then to help Nancy with another one of her famous meals, that we've been treated to.
