Almost on vacation... but not quite

We spent this week making the final arrangements for our trip to David's parents in Utah, the last of our Christmas shopping and, in Ali's case, trying to finish her first knitting project (scarf for sister-in-law, Meg)

So, Meg, when you see this it was really made with love by both Tiki and Ali. The drive to Utah was breathtaking. Snow on the red rocks all the way through northern New Mexico to southern Utah was just beautiful.

We thought our travel plans might be delayed but the predicted storm missed most of our route so we arrived in good time to Salt Lake and are looking forward to a relaxing Christmas Vacation!
