Mmm, Bacon

This will be a short post.  I just wanted to tell you about one of the best cocktail I have ever had.  It was at the Blucpoint Grill here in Telluride, and was the most unusual and surprisingly tasty beverage.   It was a martini made with bacon infused bourbon and sweet vermouth, topped with a swizzle stick of a cherry and pieces of bacon.  Sort of smokey, salty, and sweet all at the same time.  Plus, it had bacon.  Mmm, bacon.
