This week marks a big change in our quiet lives. Ali is throwing away her job as a nerdy researcher and moving into a new field (less nerdy maybe?). She decided she needed something more, so this past Monday Ali started on her new life as a pharmacy student. I will totally brag for her, as she is one of 88 students at UNM out of 1300 applicants. After a week of orientation, she was officially inducted into school at the University of New Mexico's White Coat Ceremony. This symbolic cermony inducts her into life as a student in the health care field. She was awarded her coat that she will wear while in labs and eventually while treating people. It was a pretty neat ceremony, and Ali's parents from PA joined us in celebration for the weekend.

Enjoying a little post ceremony celebration!
